SHANLI resin-based porous carbon products are designed for advanced energy storage and gas separation applications across the lithium-ion battery, chemical, and environmental protection industries.
Our resin-based porous carbon materials feature uniformly distributed micropores, exceptionally low macroporosity (zero macroporosity in most grades, <1% in all others), high mechanical strength, and excellent structural stability.
We offer SHANLI porous carbon products in three distinct morphologies to meet diverse application requirements:
Irregular Porous Carbon – Specifically engineered as a high-performance carrier for silicon-carbon anodes in lithium-ion batteries. The uniformly distributed micropore structure effectively accommodates silicon volume expansion during charge/discharge cycles, providing superior cycling stability for next-generation high-energy-density batteries.
Columnar Porous Carbon – Designed for organic gas separation and specialized gas adsorption applications. The uniform columnar shape ensures low bed pressure drop, high mechanical strength, and excellent mass transfer efficiency in fixed-bed adsorption systems.
Spherical Porous Carbon – Engineered with perfect sphericity and narrow particle size distribution for applications requiring optimal flowability and packing uniformity.
